Here at Shades of de Light we want your experience to be pleasurable.  Please read the following information before purchasing.

Payment
We accept major credit cards and E checks through Paypal, money orders and checks. Payment is due at time of purchase through Paypal. Money orders or checks are due within 7 days of purchase. Items paid with checks will be sent out once we have bank clearance. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will maintain any information responsibly.

If payment is not receive in the above time frame the item will be placed back into inventory and offered for sale.

Custom orders
Custom orders require a 50% deposit before starting and the balance when the item is complete.

Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground.  USPS is shipped daily, FedEx is once a week.
Buyer to pay all shipping costs. Insurance is optional but Highly Recommended!  We are not responsible for lost or damaged items not insured.

Returns
Most of our item are either vintage in gently worn condition or individually handcrafted and are non-refundable. We make every effort to disclose any imperfections on our vintage items. Please ask any questions before you make you purchase, as all sales are final.
